Like lots of men my age I suffer from erectile dysfunction poor due to poor eating habits. I have been doing some studying and found out that a lot of natural foods have the ingredients we need to have a healthy sex life and strong libido.
I’m fifthly three years old my grandmother was raised on a farm, I know nothing about farming except when I was younger I ate healthier because of my grandmother. At home, we had fruit bowls instead of eating potato chips we ate fruits in seasons like strawberries and watermelon in the summer, and plenty of banana’s I didn’t know it at the time but these fruit items produces a healthy libido and a strong testosterone.we did not eat any canned vegetables only fresh produce and water was served at dinner and in restaurants. You were told to eat your veggies and the four food groups was taught in school.
American society is high stressed and filled with a lot of caffeinated beverages, over time will begin to effect your health coffee, cola’s, tobacco, and energy drinks are the major contributors to health problems weak libido and low testarone. There are things we are consuming in large amounts that is effecting our sex lives and poor eating habits create low energy and low energy creates low libido pretty soon you have no sex drive your wife or partner is left wondering what’s wrong with me. Being honest with yourself and your wife is the first step. Low performance create low self-esteem than the psychological effects kick in and now you created a whole other set of problems (psychological problems), depression anxiety etc. The good news is all you have to do is change some bad habits and that’s what we are going to work on eat to live and not live to eat don’t let our taste buds rule. When I go to restraints or shop at the grocery store I look for key ingredients that’s going to give me a healthy libido. Foods you may not have that can boost your libido. Before we get into foods and supplements we must consult your doctor, you may miss diagnose or take something that is not healthy for you any by the way tabbaco, alcohol, large amounts of coffee are libido killers.
